Get Your Sparkle On!

“Life moves pretty fast.  If you don’t stop to look around once in a while you could miss it.”  ~Ferris Bueller

One thing I’ve learned in my 21 years (wink!) is that your life is right now ~ so don’t waste another marvelous minute on the mundane and mediocre. Father Time may not stop, but you can reach and grab the reigns on your precious time and make every spectacular second count. Let 2012 be the year of sparkle & razzle-dazzle!

Take a pass on très cliché New Year’s resolutions, and instead let’s savor our seconds, make the most of the moment, treasure our time, and sparkle & shine!

We can’t avoid grey days or control curveballs life tosses our way ~ but we can catch them with a smile, take them into our own well-manicured hands, find that silver lining, and bedazzle the heck out of it. So clink! your fizzy drinks to a year chock-full of sparkly delight…

Relish and treasure every precious moment with family and friends!

Surround yourself with pretty things

Wear a flirty frock with pockets every day!

Sequin blazer, anyone?

Zazz up your look with some color! Princess pink, to be exact.

Make like a princess and bedeck and bejewel yourself daily…

How about a different stud every day?

Change your nail polish with your mood ~ lately I’ve been feeling très French Affair

Brighten up your nest with fresh flowers each week!

Hang a chandelier in your closet.

Dine alfresco.

Spend the night at a local hotel ~ you had me at room service…

I love a Gerswhin tune, how about you?

Have cake for breakfast!

Always have a stash of prosecco, especially a chilled bottle in the fridge.

Use pretty stationery at every opportunity.

Learn to Cha-Cha, Tango, Mambo or Foxtrot…

Master the chignon.

Save nothing for a rainy day ~ except a cute pair of wellies.

Make an entrance ~ kick!

Never slip out the door without your signature scent & lipstick!

Go to Paris!

“Paris is always a good idea.” ~Audrey Hepburn
