‘C Wonderful

“You’ve made my life so glamorous, you can’t blame me for feeling amorous…”  ~’S Wonderful, Funny Face

If you like Tory Burch and Kate Spade plus a splash of Jonathan Adler, then you will love, love, love C. Wonder.

The brainchild of Tory’s former hubby, Chris Burch, C. Wonder is the latest preppy-chic boutique to grace and brighten the lives of glam girls who can’t wait to get their well-manicured hands on its delicious goodies.

C. Wonder appears to have all the charm, whimsy, and joie de vivre of Kate and Tory, with a dash of its own philosophy. According to Racked NY, the company is “re-imagining retail with an experience that most women never imagined could exist—extraordinary products at an incredible value with luxury service in an inspiring environment—plus a little unexpected ‘wow.’”

The cheerful, colorful, quality merchandise boasts price tags under $100, and includes oodles of clothing, shoes, jewelry, accessories, and home décor. Keeping with its customer-centric vibe, an in-store monogramming service is also available.

The first shiny happy shop opened in Soho this weekend, and three more will open this year in New York: Westchester, Garden State Plaza and Roosevelt Field. Twenty more boutiques are slated to open across the country in 2012.

From the Kelly green C-logo’d doors to the delicious dressing room décor, it’s no wonder C. Wonder is touted as “the ultimate new shopping experience for women.” Who doesn’t love personalized music and lighting settings in the dressing room? You had me at “Dim & Flirty” and “Bright & Cool”.

You can get your fix online soon at the C. Wonder website, launching “sometime this fall”. Quel tease! An exact date would be helpful. Don’t fret, pretties – I’m on it like bees to honey and will let you know when to get your C. Wonderful on.
